|HEGTA CEO inspects Tehran railway station|
Dr. Ebrahimbai Salami, Managing Director of the Tourism Holding of the Social Security Organization (HEGTA), paid a visit to a new salon of the Tehran railway station.
Head of the Ta’min International Tourism, Air and Rail Travel Company, Mohammad Ebrahim Larijani, explained that since the Tehran railway station is under the supervision of the Ta’min company and the company itself is also affiliated to HEGTA, Dr. Salami inspected the station to be informed of development programs concerning railway services.
According to Larijani, the HEGTA managing director underlined the necessity of setting up informational signs in different languages at the railway station to facilitate the journey of foreign travelers in Iran.
He also called for deploying interpreters with good command of English and Arabic languages at the Tehran railway station.
Larijani further said Dr. Salami expressed readiness to open a CIP lounge at the railway station, adding that the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways should give a green light to the projects of setting up CIP and VIP lounges.
